AGM - NEW BLOOD RECRUITMENT
Date: Monday 6th Sept (week 7)
Time: 3 - 4pm
Where: Wentworth rm 5 (level 5)
The purpose of this meeting is to elect a brand new committee for Wasabi as
our current executives will be graduating at the end of this year.
If you are interested in an active position in your society, please come
prepared with a brief speech about why you think you should be elected.
Current and potential members are encouraged to come along to vote. This is
a good oppertunity to get to know your new committee and tell them what you would
like to see happen with Wasabi in the next year.

Japanese Tea Ceremony
I'm sure all those who turned up for the Japenese Tea Ceremony on Thursday 13th of May will agree that
we it was a truley inspirational and educational event.

Wasabi Idol
Thanks to the small but great group who turned up to the karaoke competition on Saturday 8th May.
Congragulations to Patrick Chow, our very own Wasabi Idol! Congragulations also to Akira Watanabe who
won best performer.

Welcome BBQ
Thank you to everyone who turned up for the BBQ on Thursday 25th March @ Wentworth Lawn. We
welcome the new members who signed up and look forward to seeing you at future events.
We wold also like to thank everyone who helped set up and cook the food. Special mention to Simon
and the guys for bringing the barbe from manning, and Patrick and Weil for standing in the hot sun all day
cooking! Much appreciated!
